Simon is known for developing and valuing long term relationships, with a genuine honest approach. In 2020, after more than 25 years in the corporate sector, he has decided to follow his dream and set up his own business supporting clients and candidates across Western Australia.

Founder and Director

About Simon Burke

Simon is the founder and hands-on leader of the company. He has been working in recruitment since 2004. Simon has enjoyed an outstanding career in recruitment in both the UK and across Australia.

Beginning his career as a consultant for Reed, Simon was quickly recognised for his talents and promoted to Senior Management status within the National Accounts Team. Simon was then headhunted by Lloyds Banking Group to head up their internal recruitment services for UK.

In 2010 he moved to Perth with his young family, to start with AMP Financial Services as Recruitment Manager for Western and Southern Australia.

Simon is known for developing and valuing long term relationships, with a genuine honest approach. In 2020, after more than 25 years in the corporate sector, he has decided to follow his dream and set up his own business supporting clients and candidates across Western Australia.

He works full time in the business and aims to create a long-term family business to pass down to his sons.

Simon lives with his wife and sons in Western Australia. He enjoys AFL, fishing, boating and 4-wheel driving.
